Our products are totally fine to take for a swim—no worries there. But, we wouldn't suggest making it a daily habit in the shower because, you know, the chemicals in soap can mess with them over time.
Also, a dip in the salty sea? Not the best idea. Salt tends to mess with all kinds of bling over time. Even though our jewellery can handle the salty stuff pretty well, it's a good move to give 'em a rinse and a dry after they've had a salty swim. Gets rid of any leftover gunk and keeps them in tip-top shape. Regular care and attention like that will keep your jewelry shining and looking awesome for a long, long time!

Ordering & Delivery
Once your package is dispatched, expect an email from us containing your Track and Trace details. This will enable you to monitor your order's status and, if needed, provide the delivery service with any extra instructions.
All orders placed before 23:59, will be shipped on the next business day. Check out our delivery information page for all estimated shipping times.
Our jewelry is dispatched daily from our warehouse located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
We ship to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
Currently, we do not ship outside the EU.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your NOVUS Amsterdam purchase, however we also understand that sometimes a purchase might not be the perfect fit for you. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 30 days from the delivery date. Check out our full refund policy here.
Good to know
- You can return within 30 days after the date of delivery of your package.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Jewelry must be returned unused, in original condition and in the original packaging.
- Personalized jewelry can't be returned or exchanged unless there's a defect or error. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene.
- Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used for the order.
- When a gift card is used to cover all or part of the order total, the refund will initially be applied to the gift card.
Fill in our return form or send an email at returns@novus-amsterdam.com. Please include your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
Oops, sorry about that! If you've received a faulty item, don't worry, we'll sort it out. Just shoot us an email at support@novus-amsterdam.com. Tell us what's going on, attach a few pics if you can, and don't forget to mention your order number. We'll take a look and get back to you within 2 business days.
Once we have received your return you will receive an confirmation email. We will process the refund within 10 business days.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
